It's way too late to reprocess them now so ultimately the choice will be yours. I'd give them a 7 out of 10 for safety. I'd be inclined to keep a jar or 2 and put them in the fridge and toss the rest simply because they are minimum vinegar and under-processed. But that's me.

If you decide to keep them then mark the jars for short term storage only and quick use and that may be difficult unless you eat a LOT of pickles (which is why making them in pints is recommended).

And make a note to yourself on the instructions for future reference. ;-)

Thanks Dave...yes, I'm not a pickle re-processor so that would be out of the question anyway. I think I'll put the one jar of spears into the fridge and toss the other jars (whole pickles). Pints would be a better choice for me - good idea - our family is getting smaller and it takes a while to finish a quart. Then I can keep with the easy to remember 10 minutes with no problem.
