Hi, we have an open concept living/dining/foyer/kitchen area with tons of rounded arches and I wanted some advice on how best to paint areas like this. Should they all be painted the same color or does it look ok to have different colors for each area if they coordinate well together? Lastly, with rounded arches, is there a rule of thumb on how to paint them when having 2 colors present? You can see in the photo that the previous owner used a yellowish beige on all areas except the dining where they painted a dark green and you can see how they basically painted a line before the rounded edge of the arch begins. Photo is taken from living room looking out to other areas. Some colors in testing are revere pewter, Edgecomb gray, balboa most, Winterwood and collingwood. Thanks for any thoughts or advice!
