My new hood went up today, not finalized yet but now I need to decide on a backsplash. My original plan was a crackle subway with colored grout. However, I did see a nice glass tile that I really love. It is pretty expensive, but I thought it would be worth it, looked stunning with my granite, Cygnus Leather. Photo of fireplace to see detail. But then, my son put up the hood today and now I'm back to thinking the subway, let the hood be the star.
