Ikea has both white and stainless steel kitchen cabinets that are of great quality and easy on the wallet. In fact, its qualities are on par (and sometimes better) than some of the more expensive cabinet makers and comes with a 25-year warranty.

They do look like IKEA cabinets. They have both the white and stainless steel fronts. I have tried to find this modern style at other places, however most places offer limited option in this style, and they do not have it on display in their show rooms, they have pictures. That has been my experience here in California. I am not completely sold on the IKEA kitchen because I am not sure how the cabinets will stand to a big earthquake(we have not had a really big one since IKEA has been around in Southern California). I am worried the rail system will not hold up. So I will keep searching for modern IKEA looking cabinets.

Try Barker Cabinets. They are RTA Cabinets but have this style in the European style frameless cabinets. Their prices look reasonable and the hardware is top of the line. You would have to put them together yourself or have your general contractor do it. They have instruction videos and they look relatively easy and not that time-consuming. The owner, Chad Barker, is available to answer all questions and they have planning computer programs to help you. I'm planning on using them. Worth checking out.
