Arctic quartz is something that may be interesting for both of you. It's white quartz, but it has some movement going on and would work excellent with your floor and cabinets. Mediterraneo would provide a bit more contrast to your kitchen. There are also dark brown quartz options with more or less movement for even more contrast, depending on what you prefer.
