Will the 88" panel work on curtains measuring 98" total length?

I have pinch-pleat drapes. The hook bottom is 1-1/4" from top of panel and there is a 4-in hem at bottom, so if the bottom of this panel hit the top of the hem line it would still suffice. Should I buy the 101" length or 88" length?
