Looks beautiful! A shallow bowl or tray filled with anything in a contrasting color.

It looks gorgeous. I think it needs a punch of colour on the end of the counter. How about a serving caddy with colourful stir sticks, tooth picks, napkins, etc.

Very nice. I like to use mirrored trays in bar areas with decorative crystal decanters, silver shakers, etc. on them. You need a large ice bucket and/or large tub you can fill with ice and put bottles in it. I also like to have small, pretty crystal bowls available to put nuts in, etc. A nice glass collection of all different styles. All of these things can be decorative/on display while not in use. I'm assuming there is a TV down there hanging on a wall (?) Speakers for music (?) Figure out what you are going to do about trash (bottles, etc) that looks pretty but is still functional. Candles throughout.

I think it needs colorful accessory items added.

Probably you just need some color somewhere, some of which will come when you move into the space a bit more. Something at either end of the bar and/or under one side of the counter, whether its a colorful mixer or a bowl of napkins, whatever.

If you could hang it with command strips, another idea would be one of these over your faucet:
