My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    @charlotte0124 Yes, it is real mahogany wood, not sure the species but most likely sapele. Thanks!

      Stunning use of color and space, I love it!

      The interior room seems to transition nicely with the exterior mahogany decking -- do you happen to know if this is real wood (species?) and or engineered (manufacturer style)?

      @taghkanic A penetrating stain by Penofin was applied to the Mahogany.
