Hi everyone! I find myself with a surplus of jalapenos. I'm planning on making the Ball jalapeno jelly, but was also thinking of making the Peach Jam for Cold Mornings. Is it ok to sub jalapenos for the habaneros the recipe calls for? I'm curious because overall the recipe seems a bit low acid to me, so I wasn't sure if the habaneros were offering some sort of extra food safety precaution.
