Hello! I used this recipe a few uears ago to pickle some peppers but now that I have more knowledge of pickling I think this may not he acidic enough. Heres the recipe....

2 cups water

2 cups vinegar

1 tbsp pickling salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp turmeric

Is this safe? If not, can I simply add more vinegar? Or make it all vinegar?
