How about painting the cabinets a warm white? Navajo White from SW? NOtice the color of cabinets in this photo? It's more of a beige than white. I think this color would look good with your flooring and granite.

Cooling the wall colors is important too -- right now the yellow is playing up that tone everywhere. Switch to more taupe or gray tone, as your counters allow. Then let the cabinets themselves be a creamy color so that it isn't too cold for the very gold counters.
