If you live in the DFW area of North Texas, I have 30 or more Comets ranging from 2-8 inches. The larger ones are at least 4 years old. They have overrun my 300 gallon pond and I am ready to either start over with babies that are in the pond or go to waterlilies only. I just don't think I will ever be able to get rid of all of them. I think they should probably be moved after the water has cooled down and they are less active. What do you think? This photo is only about 2/3 of the fish and was taken in March.
