What about Restore 10x by Rustoleum? I've heard good things about it. I used it on my concrete patio floor and like the look. They have a lot of colors to choose from.

ANY of these gimmick, one step trick horse products are the same, crap.

Deckover sucks. Started peeling in a month.

They really only work on new never stained decks best bet now cover with exterior grade plywood and cover with duradeck

Sure, sand it all down completely, remove all the stain, every last bit. Clean with a good quality deck cleaner and stain with a quality (Sikkens is good) semi-transparent or semi-solid stain. Solid stains are really no more than paint and WILL not last or hold up on flat surfaces like a deck. They are fine for railings.

We used light decking so it won't be too hot on the feet and light rails with dark balusters and dark 4X4s. I do not have a picture but here are some inspirations that we used...

We used this to get inspiration. We used Trex, but the idea is the same. I also lined the perimeter with dark boards because our deck is multilevel and I did not want anyone falling down a step.
