Not sure what you already know about gardening, so I'm starting with basic questions:

Watering - are you waiting for the pots to dry somewhat between waterings? You may be overwatering the plants if you water daily and the soil is still very moist. Too much water can cause the roots to rot, which will completely kill the plants.

Brown stuff - are the brown bits completely brown? The leaves and stems that are already brown and hard all the way through will not become green again. I think you should (gently!) remove the brown, crispy bits from the plants, which will tidy up the appearance and make it easier to see if any new parts start turning brownish. It can al

I think I see some lobelia and calibrachoa (the petunia like ones), but I can't tell what the little yellow ones are. If you have lobelia/calibrachoa I think they'll perk up with a little care and judicious watering, especially now that you've fertilized. It seems like the hanging pots run out of nutrients so quickly through the summer. I tidied up and fertilized my lobelia last week after I gave them up for dead and they're looking MUCH better already, another round of blooms just in time for fall :)

The problem with most of the brown stuff is that the stems are really long and while totally brown for a few inches near the dirt, it's green and flowering near the ends. I moved the pots under our porch tho a couple days ago and they seem to be getting greener now, which is weird since the tags said full sun.

Some plants turn yellow, some give other symptoms like drooping, dropping leaves, turning brown. If the part of the stem sticking out of the dirt is black or dark brown or if it stinks that may be a sign of rot (it's pretty easy to smell bacteria, that's why we can tell when eggs, dairy or meat products smell rotten)

As for sun, part of it depends on how hot your weather is and how intense the sun is. Eg. if they were getting 8-12 hours of sun, including the most intense midday rays, that may have been too much.
