Bare root in early fall

I got 3yr old bare root stock a few weeks ago and had thought to order a few more grafted from Riona. Then my night temps are now in the mid 50's. What happens to the tree's when it is this late in the season. I am not sure my 3yr olds will have time to leave out let alone the ones I would get from Riona. I really want to get the root stock established for next Spring. I will probably have to get LED's for these 6 tree's. My other young trees can go dormant or not under natural light. Would the root stock be better off under lights. They had a lot of roots, but no leaves. Would Riona's just stay dormant till next Spring and is this good for them? I am not sure.

Are these any faster growing come Spring if left under lights? IE maybe more leaves or root growth?
