My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Alexandru. The worktops are made from polished concrete and were a bespoke fabrication from Lazenby. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks. James

    Hello, I am working with a client in SLO that loves the look of this floor. I am having difficulty achieving the blue color you have here. Is this integral, dash on or a stain? Thanks for any help you might be able to share.

    Hi, Jessica. We specified a Basalt finish which was troweled into the surface whilst the concrete was still wet. The slab was installed by Lazenby who are able to colour match if you have a particular shade in mind. Hope that helps. Thanks. James
