how do cabinets open? i am confused...

    They open just like any standard cabinet. You can see the wide steel pulls at the bottom of the tall cabinets flanking the television, and the clear cabinets at the upper tier have tiny round black pulls at the very edge of their doors.

    What's the depth of the cab .and are the bottom half of the doors drawers or doors

    There are two depths; the cabinets at the bottom are 27" deep and then everything surrounding them are 21" deep. The bottom cabinets are drawers.

    It looks like the top cab is wider then the wall unit ? Is the top made out of some kinda of metal or is it a sliver Formica

    Oh yeah that's right—the top depth is 24"; the doors are made of glass.
