Depending on your budget, you could try smart glass. We do not install it but it's a nice option. You would also keep your view.

Simple solution is inside mount solar roller shades, come in lots of textures/colors. They are easy to use. Another choice is roman shades also inside mount but they cover part of the window and are not as easy to use. With the roller shades you could add panels hung midway between top of window and ceiling and just touching the floor. 4 panels on the 3 window side.

I would choose shades that could be lowered from the top so you didn't lose all of your view. I have lined natural linen (not sure where from; they predate my time in the house) and they are easy to work with.

someone posted these pics on another question but I think they would be a great option for your dining room. I would get the blinds that fit inside of the window for a cleaner look. If you don't like the woven look, then try a roman shade.

btw, blinds.com can beat any of the prices of the big box stores with the same brands. I use them all the time.

I think that roman shades would look lovely in this room! As others mentioned, inside mount roman shades would fit your windows the best.

A flat Belgian linen roman shade, like the photo above would look gorgeous. I think that you should definitely go for a neutral color, perhaps something in a beige, or off-white tone, like our Belgian Flax Linen in Oatmeal. But definitely order a few free fabric swatches to help you pick the right color fit. :)
