How often would it need resealing?

Hey there, Jessica! Resealing the top of your vanity all depends on the wear and tear it receives! Should your vanity be located in a children's or common usage area, we recommend resealing the vanity top once every two years or so. Should your vanity be located in an area with less frequent usage, say a Master Bathroom with only one or two adults, we recommend resealing the vanity top once every three to five years. Is the hole pre cut for a sink addition?

Hey there! We do not cut any holes for the sinks on our vanities. It is easier for that to be done on site so your plumber can make sure everything aligns! Let us know if you have any other questions.
