Never heard of such a thing. You don't need to order doors with manufacturer's hardware. All doors are available "as is" (just the doors)...you add whatever lock sets / handles / hinges you desire.

I'm guessing the doors have integrated multipoint locking system? The emtek replacements when properly ordered and installed should work fine.

What Ellsworth said. Although not all hardware manufacturers make hardware that will work on any brand door. From what I recall Emtek did not make anything for a Marvin Door. The lever hardware needs to be pretty specific to work the latches.

Did you end up replacing the integrity exterior French doors? I am facing the same dilemma.

When I bought my Marvin French doors in 2012, I was specifically told that I had to use Marvin hardware with the doors, that there was no other choice. So I did. The Marvin hardware (which apparently is made by Amerock) is awful. The doors have an integrated multipoint locking system, but the real problem in the thumb latch, which is difficult to turn. Frankly, given that the hardware is the part of the doors that you encounter multiple times daily and does the most to create an impression of the quality of the product, it is stunning to me that Marvin would use such crappy hardware. Who makes replacement hardware for Marvin doors besides Amerock?
