I'm not entirely sure I understand your question but I'm going to try and help as best I can. Our website explains that the height (length from top to bottom?) is 15.5"

The width is 17" that would be the straight line longest measurement from one side of the fixture to the other (think perhaps what size box would it fit in?)

This mini-chandelier comes with 32" of chain and 72" of wire in order to allow you to adjust the height that it hangs. (additional chain is available at a nominal cost)
