This work was done as part of an overall remodel to the entire home, and this component wasn't broken out of the project as a stand alone feature/cost. Without going back into our archives and analyzing it, I would suggest the fireplace was likely $30K, structure and glass roof another $20K, the multiple folding doors that bring the outdoors into the dining area on it's own I think was around $15K.
