My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Per suggestions, I am trying to give better layout details of the room. Here is the "blank wall"

    First - Awesome room! You are a lucky woman!
    Second - I'll comment about needing more than one "area" in this big room & then tell you to post your additional pix after my post in this discussion, please. That's the only way people will have the whole pic & be able to offer you worthwhile comments.
    Third - What's your question? lol I think you want a floor plan/ furniture arrangement. And you want advice on what to put on that blank wall. Am I right? You have to include the bookcase/ FP/ TV wall within this discussion to get good replies - and you will!

    You have only one focus point/ wall in a room. Yours is the FP wall for sure! I see the outlets in the floor, but will suggest that you not let them dictate your furniture placement. Move the current arrangement closer to the FP/ TV wall. I can comment more when you provide dimensions to the room. It looks huge! You'll need at least 3 separate areas.
