My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Bought the house this is the old picture and would like your advise on the layout to put the furniture and type of color coordination

      I am thinking that an L shape would be better? one on wall, one across opening and then 2 chairs in front of window.

      pic is nice, i would say no to that color ottoman and those grasses. now you do have the artwork to support this? these rooms are designed so that you pay attention to the art in the room not furnishings. they are fine for viewing an empty home when someone imagines their stuff in there. but we have many dilemmas where people say something is missing, because they are too austere.

      you had me freaked out when you said back yard! i thought i can't put this stuff in a backyard? I always believe in curtains you can keep the blinds and put on sheers or i can give you some nice whites.

      looks like you will have no choice the curtains have to follow the exact same format as the the blinds do now.
