Your space is beautiful and has a lot of potential.

I do second the advise above - lowering the chandelier is definitely the first step since it looks quite high on the photo.

A nice table with flowers and perhaps a lamp would add warmth to the room that looks a bit empty as of now.

For the wall art, mirrors are a great options, but I would steer away from your average rectangle/ square and do something fun!

What's more practical for you? The tables as shown by decoenthusiate or 2 vertical pieces of "killer" artwork.

I would hoping to find either "one" nice hall rustic chest or table with some sort of abstract glittery painting on top but then I didn't know what to do on the other wall of my office door??
There's where I get stuck. I didn't know if two tables would be appropriate or just to much going on?

Leainora, you have a beautiful dining room, BTW.

I think a pair of small tables/consoles would look lovely in the entry way. Since you already have mirrors in your dining room, I would consider doing art on the walls in the entry way to add interest to the space.

I wouldn't go with anything too glitzy. I love the subtle colors you have going on in your dining room. Soft shades of blues and tans would complement your space so nicely.

The view from the doorway into the living room is attractive and very inviting and I'd be inclined to leave it open. That said, you don't have much room on the walls for decor and the view from the living room back to the door looks a little bare.

A round entry table is an option, but if you do this, I would keep whatever is on top of it very simple. No huge vase of flowers that obscures the room beyond.

I would also lower the chandelier to about where I show it below, and remove the vase of sticks. This space is too elegant for dead branches and you don't need anything behind the door. Leave it bare and try a live plant on the other side.

I much prefer small round table in center than choppy look of demilunes. A simple black and white framed art piece on one of the walls, not too big. No floor vase.. Simple and sparse and elegsant always wins in am entryway. If you dont want to go that route I do 2 narrow rectangular console tables with thin wrought iron legs and glass tops that wont take up as much visual space as demilunes, and look cleaner and more current.

I would add a bit more architectural detail. Try some drama by adding mousing around the door

Do you have any props - meaning, tables or anything that you can put on the sides as suggested, to see if you like it.

I like all of the suggestions above. They all will work. If you need storage for the dining area you could replace foyer consoles with small, low chest of drawers with mirrors or artwork above. Chests could be painted, mirrored, or in a wood tone.

I agree the demilune tables with mirrors or art above. The shape will mimic the arches in the home and all fit together.
