My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Your island looks spacious and is just what I hope to have. Few questions:
    Can you tell me the size of your island?
    Are there cabinets on the island?
    Do you ever wish you had another sink...smaller one on the island?

    It's about 6'x5'. Yes, there are cabinets, as well as a beverage center on the other side. The cabinets only store off-season items on the two sides where there are stools. Because this island is used daily for meals and for homework/crafts, an additional sink wouldn't be a great idea. Also the kitchen size doesn't really require it.
