What brand are these cabinets and is the color black or a dark grey

I have read a lot of comments about people debating the color of the cabinets in this photo. I went to my local paint store today and noticed that Farrow & Ball recommend using a dark tinted primer before applying a deep color. If you do not do this, the color when applied will appear significantly lighter. Could this be why people are unable to match the cabinet color above?
