You don't want your kitchen to appear cheap but you want to use vinyl?? The picture above is your kitchen cabinet door? what you doing for countertops? What style do you want to achieve? Their are fine laminate, wood look planks that would match those cabinets. What is your budget? Have you gone to a flooring center?

Vinyl planks/sheets comes in "tile" or "stone" look products. This is the EASIEST way to work in a vinyl floor without clashing with a wood-grain finish cabinetry. You can find a few counter top options (I like to see three samples for counters) and then take them FLOOR shopping. And you might want to stay away from the big-box stores for this. An independently owned (ahem - more expensive) flooring store will have a MUCH better selection for vinyl planks, tiles and sheets in so many different versions that it will make your head spin.

BTW: it is perfectly fine do have two wood grains in a kitchen (cabinets and flooring) so long as the colours work). If you are shopping big box stores, the lack of selection might be due to the location your shopping and not the product itself.

There are HUNDREDS of versions of vinyl - only a small amount of patterns/options will be found a big box stores.
