This is the first year that I'm attempting to bring basil indoors over the winter. It's a fairly large plant from being outdoors all season but I noticed that it kind of smells like cat pee.

Now doing a bit of googling I find that basil (sweet basil) does smell like cat pee to others as well, so it's not a matter that our neighborhood cats have decided to own my basil.

Has anyone been able to successfully mask this?
