My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I ordered this sconce based on internet photos. It cheap junk made in China.Regina Andrew advertises it as "reclaimed wood"-it's not. It's just pine looking wood with a few white brushstrokes imitating an aged look. VERY bad quality. Oh and the pictures fail to show a metal tube running down the wall that has the wire or two round knobs on the front that hold the back plate in place. Photoshopped picture. Cheap materials made in China.
