I ordered this rug October 15, what is the average time for the order to be processed? Today's date is October 21st and it still shows "being prepared for shipping."

Hi,

I'm in need of a rug with gray and it looks as though this one has gray triangles, but in a couple views the darker sections look blue...can you help?
