Help choose light placements

Option 1 has two 4" recessed lights above vanity,
and one 4" recessed above toilet, a 5" recessed light in front of shower . The yellow dot is the fan.

Option 2 has a light/fan combo above toilet, a light in the shower, a 3bulb wall light above vanity, two 4" recessed lights balanced in room.

Option 3 has a bathroom light centered, a fan above toilet and two 4" recessed lights over top of vanity.
