Not sure which windows you could even put shutters on.

As far as the door, it looks to me like the blue siding is out of place, so I would probably go with that color or a variation of it (like a more saturated blue) to bring it in more.

I should add that we will have these large shutters with trim also on the front porch. The shutters will only be above garage door and on front porch.

Is the color of the siding above the porch different than the porch area? Hard to tell from pic. I also don't think your house needs shutters, there's enough going on already.

Looks like you've got gray siding below and blue shingles above with your red brick. This is probably a mistake by the builder . . make them paint the blue shingles to match the gray siding so they match. One color or two tones of the same color on siding is all a brick house can take . . if you picked it out and now have regrets but need to live with it.. do the shutters in a dark charcoal - bm gray is a good one and do a kensington blue / near navy front door to tie in the blue shingles ..

Here was the inspiration. 3 different colors of siding and the brick isn't red. I need better pics. We picked it out and so far the entire neighborhood loves it (which is nice) so as you can see there will be shutters on the front porch with trip also for a cottage feel

White shutters... Door kept white or dark gray to match roof. Good luck!
