why would you hide that beautiful view?

Not white, how about cream instead. I think brown will make the room too dark.

Why do you need blinds ?

Your view is beautiful, your neighbors aren't close. Why spend the money?

If you're really set on blinds, you definitely don't want white in this room. The brown is a much better option, though it could be a bit dark. It's hard to really judge the color from this pic, but you might experiment with some natural wood blinds. Something that will go along with the warm earthy tones of the room, but not so dark that it overwhelms a set of very nice windows.
