Last spring I bought beautiful burgundy-leaf coleus that grew up into a large bush by now. I wanted to keep the plant and took a bunch of cuttings. They rooted happily.

Of course, there is much less light available to them now, indoors in winter. The new leaves from all cuttings are coming colored as a common variety, with a green edge. Will the plants go back to burgundy color next summer, or is it a permanent change? I did not expected it.
