Construction. We don't have any plans listed because we fully customize each
plan to fit our client's needs. That being said, we have built hundreds of
homes over the years that could meet your description exactly, or if you would
like to draw a plan from scratch, we can do that as well. I can gather some of
these plans together for you and you are welcome to come into our office and
review them. Chances are, we can find a plan that you really like and tweak it
to make it exactly what you are after.

We do not charge a consultation fee for our
first meeting together (subsequent meetings are also free, should you choose to
build with us). We feel that building a home is most people's single largest
investment. The builder and the client need to work hand and hand as a team to
accomplish this task. Consultations are a great way to get familiar with us and
our process; that will give us the opportunity to show you what helps set us
apart. I don't feel this is something we could charge for. Let me know a time
