need help with my very high butterfly ceiling

I have a butterfly ceiling in the living room which projects outside about ten feet...it starts at 14 feet high and then goes to 17 feet high and we want to do some drop panels....the room is about 14x 22 feet...how low do I put them, how big, how many ...just really dont know what to do ...the ceiling will be wood pannelled.
