Hi friends. We live on a tiny Caribbean Island off the coast of Cancun. Our ceiling fans need to be replaced. Our current fans are white that blend into the white ceiling. So far, the only ones that my husband has found in the Home Depot, Cancun website that he likes are described as a "cherry" colour (in the photo they look black). We don't want fans with lights on them as they would be lower than ones without. My concern is since they are such a huge contrast with the white walls and ceiling, that the ceilings will appear even lower than they do now. Opinions asap please & thanks. Oh yes, the ceilings are 8 ft.high.
