Design. Dilemma. Not as a poll. You'll get more suggestions & help there since that's what it's for.

Would choose a light blue or green to light up the room, which is a little dark, but without being white or cream which could be difficult to maintain and wouldn't give the vibrancy another colour could bring. Second choice would be the orange if you like it and have decor items to go well with orange and not clash.

A light gray color would look great and not over power and enhance your features in the room. The darker color the smaller the look of room.
