My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We did not do any of the flooring. Studio M Design is the designer on the project. They can probably help you better.

    i just put flooring down that looks extremely similar to this (and in herringbone pattern as well!). peel and stick from lowes safari color stain master
