My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What color is the concrete slab?

    Unfortunately this project was from when I first joined Swan over 13 years ago. I can't remember. ;-) However, we use the Davis Colors for concrete color mix. We do a lot of Sandstone, Santa Fe, San Diego Buff and Mesa Buff colors. This concrete looks to have a slight pink hue so I would lean towards Santa Fe.
