Looks fine. That might be an aborted flower spike. The change from growers conditions to yours. It will re grow a new one..or liking that you've planted it..stick to leafy growth for awhile.

Im in Australia. I cut the flower spike off and it looks like some small green buds are about to form. The mango is far too young to support fruit anyways. atleast i know it won't be long until it starts bearing :)

When you cut the flower spike off too early in its formation,the plants tend to just grow another one. Usually Mango growers wait until it has tiny proto fruit on the spike..then,cut the spike and the tree seems satisfied with that and resumes foliage growth.
