My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Whats the net clear opening on this type of system? And does is the load being carried mainly at the base or both hdr and base?

    Good morning Jason,

    Thank you for the question.

    On this particular door, there was a 10' net clear opening. Having said that, we engineer our own pivot hinges. We provide our clients with the option of influencing the pivot point.

    The load of this door system is mainly supported at the base. However, the door is also attached to the king studs and header.
