I would think that maybe the rack parts are clear perspex and you could get this done at your local perspex supplier, you would need to supply drawings/template etc for them eg: the rear one has a 1 1/2 inch high starting point to give the fall. It can be a pretty cheap design if done correctly and the look... well the image speaks for itself. Love it.
