My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Save or Splurge - Dining Room Chandelier

On the hunt for a dining room chandelier for our future home starting construction any day now ... fingers crossed.

We said "WOW" to a chandelier we found at a local lighting store. But, I've been following the Washington Post's "Save or Splurge" series on home decorating and went searching for comparable fixtures. Now a dilemma, save or splurge. Can you tell the difference other than one is about 7 x the cost of the other. Seven times!
