My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What type of wood are the floors?

I was wondering if they are a Wenge floor or a stained wood like oak? Thank you

    I think it may be a dark stained oak floor. Jacobean/Ebony or along those lines.

      This is a white oak floor with 4" planks and a site finished custom stain. Show the photo to your floor finisher. They can emulate the look.

      This is not really an answer! Custom finishes have a formula. Would you mind sharing the mix of stain colors that were used and in what proportions.! I put down a whilte oak 4 inch floor and this color would be great! Thanks!
