GU10 LED pots need low power bulbs

I've just installed 12 4" pots in the ceiling of my dining room and hallways. They must use an LED GU10 bulb. The 4 watt (50 watt comparable) bulbs i have are WAY too bright, and look HORRIBLY gray when you dim them. Is there a 20 watt LED GU10 dimmable bulb made by anyone?
