Looks like a "Bombe" style chest to my uneducated mind. I don't think you need to "match" it with other furniture /colors. Looks pretty on its own, just look for things you like & look right with it. Eclectic is interesting. How about an upholstered bed or an iron? I prefer upholstered due to comfort. A vertical mirror in a fairly simple design might look nice above this chest.

I agree with Bailey. They're also called Bombay chests, but I think Bombe is the correct spelling. I would make it the star of the room with a nice lamp on top and use some nice upholstered pieces around it. It's hard to tell how dark the wood is. If it's very dark, maybe a white bedspread? For nightstands, maybe simple ones with a small brass knob?

It's too small to be the dresser. If you have a king-sized bed, buy two and use them as night stands. Alternatively, put it between two upholstered chairs in a seating area.
