My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi, we love this house. Any idea the sq footage of the home, bedrooms/bath and the size of the lot?

    Thank you for your question.

    The lot size is a little over 9,000 sq. ft..

    The house is a 4 bedrooms and a gym with 5 1/2 baths.

    The living area is 5,800 sq. ft. and a 620 sq. ft. garage.
