Bathroom help!

Using this fabric for a small Roman shade in our kids/hall bathroom. The walls are Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter. Thinking of painting the mirrors to coordinate, getting a new shower curtain and putting a fun print above toilet. Any recommendations on what color to paint mirrors? What color shower curtain? How about print? Thanks for your help!!

Great fabric! My preference would be to leave the mirrors as they are, or replace them with frameless oval mirrors. I'd also make the shower curtain out of the same fabric or at the very least use it as a border on the shower curtain. Are you somewhat crafty or know someone who is? It might be cute to pull the bird motif out of the fabric for a small painting.

If you use that fabric I would indeed paint the mirrors white. They look so serious for a children's bathroom. I would also change the dark towels to a color found in the fabric .

Love the idea of framing the bird motif ! Would be so cute. Maybe a simple white shower curtain with a fun colored trim taken from one of the colors in that fabric. And yes paint mirrors since it is a kids bathroom. Will freshen it up. Ben Moore simply white or Ben Moore Dove White are good options. Dove white is slightly warmer :)

I think your current mirrors complement the dark vanities, so I would leave them. I would get extra fabric and have a shower curtain made with it. Just hang it with a white liner that you can change as needed. As an alternative, you could frame a bit of the fabric to use above the toilet, and find a solid color or simple two color striped shower curtain, in colors from the fabric. Look for greens or blues from the fabric so it doesn't clash with your red-toned wood.

I love that print! However, I'm having a hard time getting it to work in this bathroom! It just seems so formal. The window is so small that the blind you are doing will hardly show. I see this print in a bathroom w/ white vanities, white mirrors that you could possibly paint out in the orange color in the fabric, white bead board,,,,,follow? This just doesn't scream "kids bathroom" to me.

The gray walls, cherry colored vanity, black and white floor/shower curtain and black granite, don't match what you want to do. Something else has to change for this fabric to work like you want it.

I would make a shower curtain with this fabric on the top 1/3 and vertical stripes on the bottom 3/4.
I would not paint the mirrors as wood is easier to care for.

Thanks for all of the suggestions! Now I'm thinking we really need to rethink this. Love the idea of using the fabric for a shower curtain and doing a more simple Roman shade. Maybe even change out the vanities and mirrors and go with white ones. Does anyone have a program that wouls allow you to impose a white vanity so I can see what it would look like?

Any chance you could swap out the small vanities and do a double white one? I'll grab some photos in a few mins. So many cute things u could do with that fabric and redoing the bathroom! Can u sell those vanities and mirrors? If not and u want to keep them, then I would find a different fabric to utilize. I just don't see it doing what you want it to do.

kids bathrooms are about colors. (you can always repaint when they grow up a bit). something like this would fit your material to a tee (you don't need the mosaic tile)

this is actually a builder grade oak vanity that was painted. If cost is an issue, you can find these all day for next to nothing on Craigslist. Ditto for mirror. They often give these away for free. Frame it and paint white!
